UK delivery takes 5–8 working days.

UK delivery is free on every order.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Personalisation
Which pieces can be personalised?
Where a piece can be personalised, you'll see a box on its page to enter the name or initials. Some pieces include personalisation in the price; others offer engraving for £4.99.
How many characters can I engrave?
Up to 20 characters, including spaces. Please check spelling carefully before you order: we engrave exactly what you type.
Can I change the engraving after ordering?
Email us as soon as possible at contact@kinclasp.co.uk. Once a piece has been engraved it can't be changed.
Gifting
Does every piece come with a message card?
Yes. Every piece arrives in a gift box with a printed message card for the person it's for.
Sizing
Which bracelet size should I choose?
Most bracelets come in 19 cm (7.5 in), 21 cm (8.3 in) and 23 cm (9 in) lengths. Use the size guide on the product page to measure the wrist. Bangles and adjustable pieces are one size.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Personalised and engraved items can't be returned unless they're faulty. See our returns page for details.
